Black Friday is the loudest week of the retail year. Inboxes and feeds fill up with red, yellow, percentage signs and countdown timers, and fitness retail looks like everyone else: product cut-outs on white, starbursts, βdoorbusterβ banners.
Dynamo had a strong offer, with up to $2,050 off home gym packages. But a home gym is a considered purchase, not an impulse buy. The campaign had to make a big number feel premium rather than cheap. It also had to hold together across email, web, paid social and the Instagram grid without turning into a set of unrelated discount banners.
The campaign goes the opposite way to the category: dark, patient and premium. The equipment is lit like a tech launch, alone in a black studio with one hard cyan rim light. AI-generated photography from Higgsfield, graded as a single shoot, sets the tone for every asset.
The newsletter became a scroll-driven web experience, with callouts drawing onto the product and the saving counting up. The email, motion ads and Instagram grid share the same light, type and logo end card, so every touchpoint reads as one campaign.
